About Me

With over 20 years of bodybuilding experience, I’ve developed the knowledge and ability to build the perfect physique—one that reflects balance, symmetry, and proportion. True bodybuilding isn’t just about size; it’s about aesthetics, intention, and bringing the image in your mind to life. It’s the resonance between mind and body that defines the art, and it’s that same connection that I teach my clients to cultivate.

But my mission goes far beyond shaping muscles. I believe in training for longevity—staying strong, mobile, and capable well into the later decades of life. Strength is more than physical power; it’s an investment in your future. Maintaining your health isn’t just about looking good today, it’s about adding quality years to your life, avoiding preventable pain, and creating a lifestyle that supports mental clarity, confidence, and long-term vitality. Every session I teach is rooted in that philosophy.

Outside of the gym, I’ve lived a life driven by movement, exploration, and discipline. I’m an expert snowboarder and seasoned outdoorsman, having spent 8 years in the ski industry at world-class resorts like Breckenridge and Heavenly Valley in Lake Tahoe. Those years taught me resilience, body awareness, and what it really means to perform at a high level in demanding environments.

In 2020, I made the move to Hawaii and decided to plant my roots here. After a period working as a tour guide, I chose to turn my lifelong passion into my purpose—helping people transform their bodies, elevate their mindset, and improve their overall well-being. My goal is not just to train clients, but to inspire my community. To encourage people to lead clean, healthy, empowered lives. To show that anyone, at any age or fitness level, can step into a stronger version of themselves.

Every day, I aim to be a positive force in my community—someone who lifts others up, leads by example, and helps people find their own strength. Health is the foundation of a fulfilling life, and it’s an honor to guide others on that journey.
